Experience

Ms. Coulombe joined Bain Capital in 2007 and is a Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a Human Resources Manager with Amaranth Group, LLC where she served as a senior generalist across multiple HR disciplines including compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training and development.
