Experience

Mr. Anguilla joined Bain Capital in 2013 as Senior Vice President managing global communications. As part of his role, Mr. Anguilla oversees all aspects of external affairs and internal communications for Bain Capital and its business units. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Anguilla was Senior Vice President and Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs Communications Executive for Bank of America, where he was responsible for numerous corporate communications functions. Earlier in his career, he worked as Press Secretary to U.S. Congressman Patrick Kennedy and as a reporter for a local newspaper in Rhode Island. Mr. Anguilla sits on the board of MENTOR: The National Mentoring Alliance, a national nonprofit organization working to ensure young people have the support they need through quality mentoring relationships to succeed at home, school and, ultimately, work. He is also a member of the Board of Fellows of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
